Using a new method of medium separated nozzle-jetting, an array of pneumatic membrane nozzle-jets deposits small drops onto a moving object. This enables a contact free pattern application, the object distance can be up to 100mm.

The drops together form a digital image in the shape of a decoration or a surface fill.

The installation has low maintenance and very low energy consumption. It can be designed with optional features like an integrated heating for temperature control. Or a Vision camera for object / shape recognition.
